Program Director, co-owner and Ghost Hill Road Guru Brenda McCartney has 30 years’ health, nutrition and fitness experience and is now relishing the opportunity to impart her knowledge to guests, as well as motivate and inspire them to live healthier, happier, reduced-stress lives. Yoga is one of Brenda’s great loves, and she combines a base of Hatha with influences of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Pilates. She will tailor classes to suit all shapes, sizes and levels of ability. Morning yoga is a dynamic flow style vinyasa, focusing on strength, balance and flexibility, while afternoon sessions are more restorative with a focus on core strength and alignment followed by deep relaxation or ‘yoga nidra’.
